Unlike many commercial pottery businesses we are a small independent studio. This means that we make our pieces to order, and subsequently this means a slightly slower delivery processes. We will dispatch your order 14 days from the day you place your order. The vast majority of the time our items leave us within 7 days, but at peak times the process can take slightly longer.
We wish we could offer our customer the delivery service of Amazon, however this is sadly not possible. You will receive a dispatch email when your item has left the studio. This means that your order is on its way. We currently use The Royal Mail for our deliveries and every item is sent by 1st class. This should mean that you receive your parcel within 48 hours, however at busy times this may take slightly longer. Please give the Royal Mail three working days before contacting us to inquire about delivery once you have received your dispatch email.
Please return all items within 28 days of your order being dispatched. The item must be unused and in a sellable condition. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel. Please DO NOT return your item to us after 28 days as we will not be able to process a refund for you.
As Jayne Redmond Handmade is a small business, it will be your responsibility to pay the cost of return postage. Sadly, we are not responsible if your return is lost in the post. As you are the sender of the item, you will need to contact your shipping service to claim compensation for loss, as always we recommend obtaining proof of postage.
If you order your item in the sale, sadly we can't exchange your items, we will only be able to offer a refund or a gift voucher. This is in order to keep sale prices as low as possible.
We are also unable to offer refunds for any personalised items, unless they have been damaged in transit and returned.
